    18-1518.  TIE-IN SALES OF PROHIBITED MATERIALS -- MISDEMEANOR. No person
shall as a condition to a sale or delivery for resale of any book, paper,
magazine, periodical, or other material require that the purchaser or
consignee receive for resale any article, the promotion of which is prohibited
by this act. Any violation hereof is a misdemeanor.
