CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS
18-1517A. HIRING, EMPLOYING, ETC., MINOR TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN ACTS --
PENALTY. Every person who, with knowledge that a person is a minor under
eighteen (18) years of age, or who, while in the possession of such facts that
he should reasonably know that such person is a minor under eighteen (18)
years of age, hires, employs, or uses such minor to do or assist in doing any
of the acts described in section 18-4103, Idaho Code, is guilty of a
misdemeanor. If such person has previously been convicted of a violation of
this section he shall be guilty of a felony.
