                                  CHAPTER 13
                            BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
    18-1360.  PENALTIES. Any public servant who violates the provisions of
this chapter, unless otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
may be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by
incarceration in the county jail for a period not exceeding one (1) year, or
by both such fine and incarceration. In addition to any penalty imposed in
this chapter, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter may be
required to forfeit his office and may be ordered to make restitution of any
benefit received by him to the governmental entity from which it was obtained.
