The
fiscal officer of the authority or his agent shall maintain records containing a
full and correct description of each evidence of indebtedness issued,
identifying it and showing its date, issue, amount, interest rate, payment
dates, payments made, registration, cancellation, destruction, and every other
relevant transaction.
