At
all meetings of the authority, the presence in person of a majority of the
members in office shall be necessary for the transaction of business, and the

all the duties of the authority. If at any meeting there is less than a majority
present, a majority of those present may adjourn the meeting to a fixed time and
place, and notice of such time and place shall be given in accordance with
subsection (c) of Code Section 46-3-121, provided that if the time element of
subsection (c) of Code Section 46-3-121 cannot reasonably be complied with, such
notice, if any, of such adjourned meeting shall be given as is reasonably
practical.
