Any
person who defrauds another in the sale or disposition of any property, either
real or personal, by falsely representing that the property is not subject to
any lien while knowing that the property is subject to a lien or any person who
fraudulently makes a second deed of conveyance to any land or real estate shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor.
