Funds
distributed under this article by the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services
shall be paid to the counties in the name of the county treasurer or other
fiscal authority authorized to receive county funds. Such funds shall be
expended by the county only for the purposes prescribed in Code Section 36-17-1.
