The
Commissioner shall make available to the public copies of the text of this
chapter, any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, the
Commissioner´s annual reports to the Governor, and any other material the
Commissioner deems relevant. Such copies shall be furnished without cost,
provided the request for copies is nominal and reasonable.
