It
shall be unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert with one or more
other persons, by the use of force, intimidation, violence, or threats thereof
to prevent or attempt to prevent any individual from leaving or continuing in
the employment of or from accepting or refusing employment by any employer or
from entering or leaving any place of employment of such employer.
