Participation
in group insurance by employees shall be entirely voluntary on the part of each
employee at all times. Any employee, upon any payday, may withdraw or retire
from such group plan upon giving his employer written notice of his intention to
do so and directing the discontinuance of deductions from his wages or salary in
payment of the plan.
