15-11-67.
If
the child is found to be unruly, the court may make any disposition authorized
for a delinquent child except that, if commitment to the Department of Juvenile
Justice is ordered, the court shall first find that the child is not amenable to
treatment or rehabilitation pursuant to paragraph (1), (2), or (3) of subsection
(a) of Code Section 15-11-66.
