Any
person or association of persons, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of
the provisions of this part relating to inspection, labeling, sale, etc., of
gasoline, kerosene, and other petroleum products or any rule or regulation
promulgated by the Commissioner of Agriculture for the enforcement of this part
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
