10-1-144.
In
addition to the expenses of inspectors as provided for in Code Section 10-1-143,
there shall be allowed such further sums for the purchase of equipment,
supplies, and clerical help and to pay any other expenses incident to and
necessary for the enforcement of this part as may hereafter be appropriated. The
Commissioner of Agriculture is constituted chief oil inspector for the purpose
of the enforcement of this part.
