The
Commissioner of Agriculture is authorized to employ, in accordance with Chapter
20 of Title 45, oil inspectors as he deems necessary to enforce this part. Oil
inspectors so appointed shall be allowed such expenses as shall be approved by
the Commissioner of Agriculture.
