Nothing
contained in this article shall be construed so as to amend, modify, supersede,
or repeal Article 2 of Chapter 4 of Title 7, relating to charges and interest on
loans secured by secondary security deeds, as now or hereafter amended, nor
shall any of the provisions of the loan or interest statutes of this state
affect or apply to any retail installment and home solicitation sale.
