      Sec. 42a-8-111. Clearing corporation rules. A rule adopted by a clearing corporation governing rights and obligations among the clearing corporation and its participants in the clearing corporation is effective even if the rule conflicts with this article and sections 42a-1-105, 42a-4-104(a), 42a-9-103a, 42a-9-105, 42a-9-106, 42a-9-115, 42a-9-116, 42a-9-203(1), 42a-9-301(1), 42a-9-302(1), 42a-9-304, 42a-9-305, 42a-9-306, 42a-9-309 and 42a-9-312 and affects another party who does not consent to the rule.
