type specified in subdivisions (1), (2), (4), (6), (10), (11) and (12) of section 38a-469
delivered, issued for delivery, amended or renewed in this state on or after October 1,
1982, shall provide that coverage of a child shall terminate no earlier than the policy
anniversary date on or after whichever of the following occurs first, the date on which
the child marries, ceases to be a dependent of the policyholder, attains the age of nineteen

History: P.A. 90-243 substituted reference to health insurance policies for reference to hospital or medical expense policies and contracts and specified applicability solely to individual policies; Sec. 38-174r transferred to Sec. 38a-497 in 1991.
