      Sec. 38a-465p. Viatical settlement investment agents: Prohibition on contact with viators or knowledge of viators' identity; deemed to represent viatical settlement providers. (a) A viatical settlement investment agent shall not have any contact directly or indirectly with the viator or have knowledge of the identity of the viator.

      (b) A viatical settlement investment agent is deemed to represent the viatical settlement provider for whom the viatical settlement investment agent is an appointed or contracted agent.
