Sec. 31-15. Penalty. (a) Any person who wilfully employs, or has in his employment or under his charge, any person in violation of section 31-14 and who permits any
such person to be so employed shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for the first
offense and be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than
thirty days or both for any subsequent offense.
(c) A certificate of the age of a person made as provided in section 10-193 shall be conclusive evidence of his age upon the trial of any person other than the parent or guardian for violation of any provision of said section 31-12, 31-13 or 31-14.
(d) Nothing in this chapter shall affect the provisions of section 10-184.
