      Sec. 13b-4b. Commissioner's duties and responsibilities re railroads. Wherever the term "Public Utilities Control Authority" occurs or is referred to in chapters 245, 245a and 245b relating to the duties and responsibilities of said authority, it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Transportation.
