Sec. 10a-22j. (Formerly Sec. 10-7k). Injunctions. The Board of Governors of
Higher Education may seek to prevent any violation of sections 10a-22a to 10a-22k,
inclusive, or 10a-22u to 10a-22w, inclusive, through the use of an injunction in accordance with the provisions of chapter 916.
History: P.A. 93-294 made changes necessitated by the transfer of authority for the authorization of the schools from the department of education to the department of higher education, effective July 1, 1993; Sec. 10-7k transferred to Sec. 10a-22j in 1995.
