SUBCHAPTER IAIR TRANSPORTATION
114.001 Definitions. In this chapter:
114.001(1)
(1) "Department" means the department of transportation.114.001(2)
(2) "Division of hearings and appeals" means the division of hearings and appeals in the department of administration.114.001(3)
(3) "Secretary" means the secretary of transportation.114.001 - ANNOT.
