CHAPTER 16. PUBLIC HEALTH
ARTICLE 12. SANITARY DISTRICTS FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL.
- §16-12-1. Incorporation as sanitary district for sewage disposal; petition, notice and hearing; election; form of ballot; expenses of election.
