§47-22-10. Time of taking effect.
§47-22-10. Time of taking effect. This article takes effect on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred eighty-six, and does not apply to misappropriations occurring prior to the effective date or to misappropriations which began prior to the effective date and continue past the effective date.
