§47-20-19. Obtaining license fraudulently; penalty.
§47-20-19. Obtaining license fraudulently; penalty. In addition to any other offense set forth in this code, any individual, association, organization or corporation which knowingly obtains or assists another in obtaining a bingo license under false, deceptive or fraudulent pretenses is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than ten thousand dollars.
