§47-11B-15. Penalties for violations.
§47-11B-15. Penalties for violations. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty days. Each day any sale is conducted in violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute and be a separate violation of the provisions of this article.
