§47-11A-12. Contracts violating article illegal and
unenforceable. Any contract, express or implied, made by any person, firm, partnership, corporation, joint-stock company or other association, in violation of any of the provisions of this article, is hereby declared to be an illegal contract and no recovery thereon shall be had.
