§11-6B-9. Forms, instructions and regulations.The tax commissioner shall prescribe and supply all necessary instructions and forms for administration of this article. Additionally, the tax commissioner may make all necessary rules and regulations for this article as provided in the state administrative procedure act in chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
