§8-13B-4. Authorization.
§8-13B-4. Authorization.The governing body of any municipality may, in accordance with the procedures and subject to the limitations set forth in this article, create one or more downtown redevelopment districts within the municipality. The municipality may, in accordance with the procedures and subject to the limitations set forth in this article, provide for the administration and financing of redevelopment expenditures within the districts and for the administration and financing of a continuing program of redevelopment expenditures within the districts.
