§4-1-7. Flags displayed during sessions.
§4-1-7. Flags displayed during sessions.The flag of the United States, and the flag of the state of West Virginia shall be flown over the state capitol building year-round; and the POW-MIA flag shall be flown over the state capitol building on Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, National POW/MIA Recognition Day and Veteran's Day each year.
