§60A-8-13 Criminal penalties.
§60A-8-13. Criminal penalties.Every person who violates any provision of section seven of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars.
