§48-7-302 Notice of hearing for injunction; temporary injunction.
§48-7-302. Notice of hearing for injunction; temporary injunction.Any such injunction may be granted upon proper hearing after notice. For good cause shown, a temporary injunction may be issued after an ex parte proceeding with notice and proper hearing for a permanent injunction to be held forthwith thereafter.
