§48-27-508 Costs to be paid to family court fund.
§48-27-508. Costs to be paid to family court fund.Any person against whom a protective order is issued shall be assessed costs of twenty-five dollars. Such costs shall be paid to the family court fund established pursuant to section twenty-two, article two-a, chapter fifty-one of this code.
