§48-16-903. Effective date.The provisions of this article originally enacted during the regular session of the Legislature in the year one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven were effective on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight. The provisions of this article enacted during the regular session of the Legislature in the year two thousand two take effect on the first day of July, two thousand two.
