§48-12-110. Employer, union to notify IV-D agency within forty
days of receipt of notice.Within forty days of receipt of a national medical support notice, the obligated parent's employer, multiemployer trust or union shall notify the IV-D agency with respect to whether coverage for the child is available, and if so, whether the child is covered under the plan, the effective date of the coverage and the name of the insurer.
