§48-12-109 Custodial parent to receive coverage information, documents.
§48-12-109. Custodial parent to receive coverage information,
documents.Within forty business days after the date of the national medical support notice, the plan administrator shall provide to the custodial parent a description of the coverage available and any forms or documents, including an insurance enrollment card, to effectuate the coverage.
