§33-32-6 Compliance with unfair claims settlement practices law.
§33-32-6. Compliance with unfair claims settlement practices law. Any risk retention group, its agents and representatives, shall comply with the laws of this state, as set forth in chapter thirty-three of this code, regarding unfair claims settlement practices act of this state.
