§33-32-1 Purpose and short title.
§33-32-1. Purpose and short title.The purpose of this act is to regulate the formation and operation of risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state formed pursuant to the provisions of the federal liability risk retention act of 1986, hereinafter referred to as "RRA 1986." This article may be referred to as the "Risk Retention Act of West Virginia."
