§33-30-15 Rules and regulations.
§33-30-15. Rules and regulations.The board is authorized to promulgate and adopt such rules and regulations relating to mine subsidence insurance as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this article. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated and adopted pursuant to the provisions of chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
