§33-30-14 Powers of board.
§33-30-14. Powers of board.The board has the power, duty and responsibility to establish and maintain the fund and supervise in all respects, consistent with the provisions of this article, the operation and management of the mine subsidence insurance program established in this article and to do all things necessary or convenient to accomplish the purpose of this article.
