§33-3-8 Expiration of license; renewal.
§33-3-8. Expiration of license; renewal. All licenses of insurers shall expire at midnight on the May thirty-first next following the date of issuance. The commissioner shall renew annually the licenses of all insurers who qualify and make application therefor upon a form prescribed by the commissioner.
