§33-27-14 Regulatory authority.
§33-27-14. Regulatory authority.The insurance commissioner shall promulgate rules pursuant to the provisions of chapter twenty-nine-a of this code setting forth procedural requirements necessary to implement the provisions of this article and specifying the reporting forms required by this article prior to the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three.
