ARTICLE 26B. WEST VIRGINIA HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION GUARANTY ASSOCIATION.
§33-26B-3 Scope.
§33-26B-3. Scope.This article shall provide prospective coverage for any individual resident of this state who is entitled to receive health care services under a policy, certificate or contract, other than one purchased under this state's medicaid program, which has been issued by a health maintenance organization possessing a valid certificate of authority issued by the commissioner pursuant to article twenty-five-a of this chapter.
