§33-26B-15 Immunity.
§33-26B-15. Immunity.There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the association, members of the board of directors, the commissioner, or the representatives, agents or employees of the aforementioned persons for statements made or actions taken or not taken in the good faith exercise of their powers under this article, or for the statements, acts or omissions of a health maintenance organization appointed pursuant to section eight of this article or an insolvent health maintenance organization.
