§33-25-11 Rules and regulations.
§33-25-11. Rules and regulations. The commissioner is authorized to promulgate and adopt such rules and regulations relating to health care corporations as are necessary to discharge his duties and exercise his powers and to effectuate the provisions of this article and to protect and safeguard the interests of subscribers and the public of this state.
