§33-22-13 Reinsurance; joint policies.
§33-22-13. Reinsurance; joint policies.(a) Such company may procure reinsurance or issue policies of reinsurance to other licensed insurers transacting like kinds of insurance, subject to the provisions of section fifteen, article four of this chapter.
(b) Two or more such companies may issue policies jointly.
