§33-21-2 General laws applicable.
§33-21-2. General laws applicable. Except as otherwise provided, and except where the context clearly requires otherwise, all the provisions of this chapter relating to insurers generally, and all the provisions of this chapter relating to insurers transacting the same kinds of insurance which reciprocal insurers are permitted to transact, are applicable to reciprocal insurers, except that article twelve of this chapter shall not apply to reciprocal insurers.
