§33-21-1 Scope of article.
§33-21-1. Scope of article. This article applies to reciprocal insurers and reciprocal insurance. Foreign and alien reciprocal insurers shall be governed by all provisions of this article not expressly made applicable only to domestic reciprocal insurers, and domestic reciprocal insurers shall be governed by all the provisions of this article.
