§33-20C-1 Scope of article.
§33-20C-1. Scope of article. This article applies to malpractice insurance as defined in subdivision (9), subsection (e), section ten, article one of this chapter. This article applies to malpractice insurance policies which have been in effect for at least sixty days or have been renewed at least once.
