§33-16D-3 Health insurance plans subject to this article.
§33-16D-3. Health insurance plans subject to this article.The provisions of this article apply to any health benefit plan which provides coverage to one or more eligible employees of a small employer situate in the state of West Virginia: Provided, That the provisions of this article shall not apply to individual health insurance policies which are subject to policy form and premium rate approval as required by article sixteen-b of this chapter.
